Mentoring

Each year, our girls are paired strategically with a mentor who loves, cares for, and supports them in a safe container. Consider becoming if you:

Have a deep passion for wanting girls to succeed, feel safe, and grow.
Understand how to cultivate safe spaces for young Black girls.
Can commit to monthly formal meetings, check-ins, and training.

Guest speaking
Volunteering to help out at an event.

Donations and Sponsorships

Small, but mighty is our motto. We are serving girls more and more annually. Through traveling for experiences, hiring experts to build out a curriculum for enriching knowledge, or teambuilding activities for our girls, we utilize financial donations to support our program implementation and operations. These donations ensure we realize our vision and mission.
